Supporting the enhancement of the local community’s economy and indigenous practices constitutes one of our primary focuses. In the recent UMKM workshop (7-8/8) a total of 26 cooperative and business units that assisted by EcoNusa was actively participated.
The Governor of Southwest Papua Province (PBD), through the Acting Head of the Southwest Papua Economic and Development Administration Bureau, Eksan Musa’ad opened the workshop. He stated that the MSME and Cooperative sectors are important and strategic for development in Indonesia, including in Southwest Papua Province. The government committed to provide subsidies to support MSMEs development.
