Becoming an inspiring and influential leader through leadership training

Training of leadership is one of the initiatives to enhance the capacity of team leaders at EcoNusa, not only in fulfilling their roles but also in developing the teams under their responsibility. Ewaldo Reis Amaral, Sr. Manager Learning, Culture, Organization Development at Tiket.com, shared his experience on today’s training (Friday, November 24, 2023) emphasizing on the concepts in leadership that can be applied by approximately 20 participants from EcoNusa.
