EcoNusa Strategic Leadership Meeting 2023

Integrity and accountability constitute integral components of our organizational values. Regular meetings are convened to ensure the efficient and optimal implementation of programs, including the Leadership Strategic Meeting (14th-15th August 2023). Representatives from all offices of EcoNusa Foundation were assembled to deliberate on the strategic plans for the second semester of 2023, along with early-stage planning for the year 2024. Moreover, the fostering of team cohesion remains an ongoing endeavor to accelerate workflow and foster boundless collaboration.
