EcoNusa Foundation and KOBUMI Host Workshop to Strengthen Cooperative Management and Annual Meetings in Maluku

EcoNusa Foundation is committed to developing local economic institutions to drive regional growth. To support this mission, EcoNusa Foundation and KOBUMI have assisted in establishing five cooperatives in Maluku: Kamboti Rempah Cooperative, Anugerah Alam Cooperative, Lestari Maluku People’s Cooperative, Banda Neira Mandiri Cooperative, and Saloi Rempah Binaiya Cooperative. On August 19-20, 2024, in Ambon, a workshop on Financial Management and the Annual General Meeting were held for these cooperatives. This event aimed to strengthen the role of cooperatives as crucial economic institutions supporting community welfare. We believe that through this workshop and the facilitation of the Annual General Meeting, these cooperatives will become more robust and capable of making a significant positive impact on the well-being of local communities.
