Routine Mangrove Planting and Beach Clean-Up Activities at Tanjung Pasir

On June 25, 2024, at the Mangrove Center Tanjung Pasir, Tangerang, Penjaga Laut collaborated with Aryaduta Menteng to conduct a routine mangrove planting and beach clean-up event. This initiative coincided with the 50th anniversary of Hotel Aryaduta Menteng, marking their first participation in such an environmental effort. During this event, 1,000 mangrove seedlings were planted and a comprehensive beach clean-up was carried out to support the sustainability of coastal ecosystems. Focusing on areas vulnerable to erosion and climate change, the regular planting of mangroves not only supports environmental conservation but also raises awareness about the importance of marine conservation in the heart of Jakarta.
