Sorong Youth Camp 2024

Youth are a crucial component in transforming society for the better. The Youth Camp is an initiative organized by the EcoNusa Foundation since 2019 to enhance the capacity of young people as environmental diplomats. The EcoNusa Foundation supports the Sorong Youth Camp, which was held by the EcoDefender community from June 14 to 16, 2024 at MIBI Learning Center. This event, themed “Sorong Youth Love Sustainable Environment,” also serves as an initiative to enhance the capacity of young people to become environmental diplomats capable of preserving biodiversity and advocating for environmental conservation and sustainable development policies for the preservation of the environment and the welfare of Indigenous Communities.
