Swiny Adestika or known as Desti, has more than 12 years professional experience in the fields of communications, marketing, digital and PR. In EcoNusa, Desti leads integrated public communications on digital channels, including the production of creative materials and contents. Previously she was responsible and led the Econovation program to support innovations from young entrepreneurs as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and led strategic communications for the Aksi Muda Jaga Iklim activity.
Desti has experience in strategic communications from various industries, including private sector and government institutions, where she managed several community development programs. After completing her Bachelor of Communication Studies at the University of Indonesia, Desti continued her Master in Communications Management at the same university. Born in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, she is fluent in Malay and English.
