Tika is a Psychology alumni who since 2014 has worked as a Human Resources professional in several Non-Profit institutions and different regions (Sumatera, NTT, Sulawesi) both in the development sector and in emergency response which plays an important role related to regulations, selection and recruitment, benefits and compensation, training and development, performance management, administration, compliance, etc. At EcoNusa, Tika plays the role of Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate and ensure that all Human Resources functions run effectively including developing systems, tools, regulations, and ensuring compliance and updating of labor laws. The changes made by the organization for the community are satisfaction at work and a value that makes Tika continue to work with non-profit organizations.
