With a journalist background for many years, Nina has also been working on environmental issues for almost 15 years. Start as a communication manager for Orangutan project in Central Kalimantan with BOSF (Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation), then contribute her skills to support WWF Indonesia program in Kalimantan especially peatland issues and the Heart of Borneo area. Before joining Econusa, Nina held an important role in the Indonesia Peatland Agency (BRG) as a person who had to raise the BRG profile as a government agency that capable of working on restoring the peatland in Indonesia. In addition, Nina also approaching and mentoring the community to restore, protect, and practise the good management of peatland.
