Allyra is a graduate of Public Health from Airlangga University who has an interest in and has been active in the humanitarian issues since she was in college. In 2018, Allyra has been involved in humanitarian work together with the Ksatria Airlangga Floating Hospital in several remote areas in the Madura Islands, East Java, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, Central Sulawesi. In 2021, Allyra decided to work in Papua together with Wahana Visi Indonesia as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator for educational projects in 5 districts (Jayapura, Biak, Jayawijaya, East Manggarai and Landak Regencies) Allyra has expertise in the field of monitoring and evaluation, as well as experience and competence in the fields of qualitative and quantitative research. Allyra together with friends from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga, have issued several patents and scientific publications regarding the detection of stunting and malnutrition. Allyra also has experience as a project leader for education projects and the construction of sanitation facilities, rights-based advocacy and handling maternal and child health in Surabaya. Allyra’s experience working in several places and especially in Papua has made Allyra very interested in working in Eastern Indonesia.
